We do require all orders are received by 11.30pm the day before delivery is required, and any email orders are to be received by 5pm the day before delivery.

We pride ourselves on the fact we do have 'real people' answering your call for almost 18 hours a day; however if we should miss you our answer-machine is available when the depot is un-manned.

If you need to leave your order on the machine we will make every effort to fulfil your order requirements on a same day delivery basis; however we are unable to guarantee this.
